By using the WishCart plugin (“the Plugin,” “our Service,” or “WishCart”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

  • Install and use the Plugin on WordPress websites you own or manage.

  • Use the Plugin for its intended purpose as a wishlist solution for FluentCart.

  • Make reasonable modifications to the Plugin settings.

  • Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Plugin.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code.

  • Use the Plugin for illegal or prohibited purposes.

  • Remove or alter proprietary notices on the Plugin.

2.3 Open Source License
The Plugin is licensed under GPL v2. This allows you to use, modify, and distribute the Plugin under the terms of the GPL.

3. User Responsibilities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishCart Team is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business.

  • Errors or bugs in the Plugin.

  • Business interruptions.

5.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Plugin in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by You
You can stop using the Plugin by deactivating and uninstalling it.

6.2 Termination by Us
We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

6.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Plugin ends immediately.

  • You must uninstall the Plugin.

  • Data you stored remains accessible until you uninstall the Plugin.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in U.S. courts.
